Manufacturing process
High performance adhesives bond the timber and aluminium profiles together to create immense structural integrity. This unique feature improves on the traditional method of joining timber and aluminium together with a mechanical fixing (screws). When timber or aluminium moves, from either drying or temperature fluctuations, screws can fail. ‘Timberview’s Patented Bonding Method’ provides a connection many times stronger. The Bonding Method passes a recognized international standard set by the Window Industry for joining metal and timber.
