Each plan shows the ideal orientation so you can maximise the use of natural air flow which saves you money on heating and cooling. Also... by ensuring each home makes the best use of daylight the need for lights is minimised, again saving energy.

- Low site impact lowers construction costs and helps retain existing site features.
- Designs are 'designed for life' using universal design principles such as wider passageways and doors. Light switch heights and power point locations are specified to allow the home to be used for many years without being renovated or demolished.
