Calandrinia 'Charisma' is a lovely Australian succulent with large pure white flowers with a contrasting yellow centre. It is a good hardy plant which is long flowering through all the warm months. As a bonus, all parts of it are edible, making it both useful and attractive. Coming from the arid areas of Australia, it tolerates both heat and light frosts as well as dry periods, and responds well a little bit of care to become a great garden plant. Good for pots, hanging baskets and along retaining walls and path and garden edges. Likes full sun and well drained soil.
