Callistemon 'Mauve Mist' is a compact, dense growing shrub with mauve pink bottlebrush flowers in spring and summer. An unusual colour for bottlebrush, the flowers grow in clusters on the stem ends, and like all callistemons, attract loads of bird life to the garden. An excellent hardy plant, does well through frost, drought and poorly drained soils.  A great feature or screen plant, and a nice informal hedging candidate.
