Hakea 'Burrendong Beauty' is a low spreading shrub that is absolutely spectacular when in bloom. The pincushion flowers are ball shaped and red, with long creamy pink stamens, and they appear from winter to spring. Great feature plant for a shrubbery or pot, it grows a metre high and 3 metres wide. Performs best in temperate climates, as it tolerates only light frost.
