Plant description

Helleborus 'Ivory Prince' is a hardy herbaceous perennial flowering plant.  It has white flowers which change to musky pink and then green as they age, on deep green foliage. It is a vigorous grower on a tidy plant. It is a deep rooted and sturdy plant, troubled by few pests or diseases. It is a useful garden addition as it will grow and flower in sunny or partial to fully shaded positions, though they are at their best if given some sun. It blooms in late winter to early spring. It is also suitable for container growing.

Hellebores are easy care plants, only needed a general tidy up of old tired growth occasionally. Feed with a slow release fertiliser before and after flowering. It likes a moist, free draining, fertile soil.

Hellebores can be poisonous if ingested in large quantities.
