Plant description

Hemerocallis 'Aztec Gold' is a bright golden yellow cultivar of the hardy and popular daylily. They flower through summer with large trumpet shaped flowers. Though the blooms only last a day, they are produced in abundance to make a colourful display. Like a sunny spot but will also grow in dappled shade. Good waterwise plants that are adaptable to most soil types including poor and clay ones. Will go dormant in cold climates, but will repsrout once the soil warms up.
