Plant description

Hibiscus 'Aussie Pink' is a great new native shrub, with prolific lightly perfumed pink flowers in spring and summer. It is fast growing and very hardy and adaptable. The leaves are narrow and light green and lightly furry. A good plant for informal hedging and screening, and performs well in containers. Suits most soil types in coastal and inland areas. Drought and light frost tolerant once established, and can withstand high temperatures and humidity. It grows to 2 metres high and to a metre and a half wide.
