Plant description
Hydrangea Sumiko is a hardy deciduous shrub with a self branching habit, making it a compact grower. It has lovely large heads of flowers through spring and summer, that are pink and white bicoloured.
Hydrangeas are tough, adaptable plants that do best in moist, well drained, humus rich soil. Plant in a position with dappled shade, or sun that has protection from the hottest part of the day. Hydrangeas can be pruned when they lose their leaves, removing old or dead wood, and shaping the plant.
