Plant description

leucanthemum x superbum shasta daisy daisy may 1

leucanthemum x superbum shasta daisy daisy may 2

A hardy perennial plant favoured by nannas for its great flowering, neat habit and easy going nature. Perfect for pot culture as it is low and compact. It suits all areas, though it may be best treated as an annual in very cold ones. It loves sunny spots and is a good waterwise choice. The simple large white daisy flowers have a lovely yellow centre, and are great for long lasting cut flowers. They need good drainage as they don't like wet feet. Do not overfeed.
