Plant description

Lomandra longifolia 'Bluedale's Select Form' is an easy care clumping perennial. It is a very tough hardy garden plant with long green to greenish-blue leaves that will form a large clump, 1 metre to 1.3 metres tall. It is ideal for a wide range of climates from the humid coast to the dry inland. It makes a great filler plant that has very low maintenance needs. The flowers and white leaf bases are edible, and the tough, fibrous foliage is useful for weaving into baskets and mats.
