Plant description

Olearia phlogopappa 'White Gem' is a dense small shrub with small leaves and masses of soft white daisies in spring and summer. Good for massed displays in shrubberies, as a low hedge or pot plant.

Olearia likes a well drained, moist soil, and a sunny to part shaded position. Tolerates light frosts. Prune lightly after flowering, as it can become open and leggy if left to grow unpruned. Will withstand dry periods once established, but will perform better when regualrly watered.
