Plant description

pteris albo lineata cretan fern 1

pteris cretica cretan fern albo lineata 2

Pteris cretica 'Albolineata' is a stikingly coloured fern, with a large white mid stripe on green leaves. The leaves are arching on a densely clumping fern. It likes part shade to full shade, and can be grown indoors. Fertilise with half strength liquid plant food in the warmer months. In the cooler months or if the plant dries out the leaves may die back, and yellowing leaves should be removed to keep the plant tidy.
