Plant description

Russelia equisetiformis 'Lemon Falls', or coral plant, is a deciduous, branching, perennial subshrub with arching mid green stems. It has tubular lemon yellow flowers from spring to autumn. It is frost tender. It likes a full sun position and a moist fertile soil. It is an easy care plant that has few pests or diseases. It is good as a specimen plant, spilling over a wall, or can be grown in a container or hanging basket. Attractive to birds and butterflies.

Propagation is by stem cuttings.
