Plant description

A bold succulent with long thick leaves, attractively edged with red in the right conditions. In summer it has a spike of orange red flowers. It likes a sunny position and a good open sandy soil. Drought tolerant, but needs some water while it is establishing. Can also be grown in a pot. Very easy care plant.
