Tristaniopsis 'Hot Tips' is a large shrub with attractive broad variegated foliage. The leaves are yellow and green, with flushes of red. It is particularly vivid in the new leaf growth. It also has yellow flowers in summer. A good feature plant for year round foliage interest. It is very hardy, and is troubled by few pests and diseases. Will grow in full sun to part shade. Grwos to 6 metres tall, and responds well to pruning and can be cut to the desired size and shape. Feed with a good native plant fertiliser.
