Plant description

Xerochrysum ''Everlasting Gold' is a compact perennial with dark green leaves and masses of golden everlasting flowers that attract butterflies. Flowers through the warm months, and they are great for floral work. To dry, pick in bud and hang the flowers upside down till dry. Great rockery, border or pot plant. Good heat tolerant plant, performs best in full sun but will tolerate light shade. Does best with moist soil, as dry soil conditions will reduce the flowering.
