Plant description

Argyranthemum 'Polly' is a terrific low maintenance perennial plant that will grace the garden with beautiful simple white daisies from spring through summer and on to autumn. Marguerite daisies are back in fashion as they are so useful, great in pots and also for massed plantings, or as accent plants, and they are naturally tidy. Polly needs no dead heading as the old flowers are self cleaning, and the plant naturally grows in a neat rounded shape. If it begins to look straggly, a simple light trim is all that is needed. Grows in most soil types and likes a sunny spot, and performs beautifully on sunny balconies. Give it a handful of slow release fertiliser in spring. A good waterwise plant. The flowers are lovely for picking into posies, and for making into daisy chains.
