Plant description

Platysace 'Edna Walling Flower Girl' is a compact, lightly suckering small shrub with tightly set tiny rounded leaves.  Creamy flower heads open from pink buds, making a lovely combination of colour from spring to summer. Flowers attract butterflies and dainty harmless native bees, and they make pretty cut flowers for small vases.  Use as a border, mass planting or pot. It has a naturally lovely neat habit without much need for pruning, being cushion shaped. Suits many gardens with its adaptable nature, from cool temperate to subtropical, and good for most soils. Good for coastal areas.
