Plant description

Cuphea hyssopifolia alba 'Compact White' is a small evergreen shrub covered in white flowers for most of the year. It is a great low maintenance plant for landscaping and containers, low and dense growing and compact. Subtropical in origin, they also do well in warm temperate areas. Tolerates light frost, heavier frost can cause it to die back but it can reshoot from the roots. Good for coastal areas. Does well in sun or part shade. Can be cut back hard to rejuvenate.
