Plant description

Thryptomene saxicola 'Super Nova' is a gorgeous little shrub, and it's delicate pretty looks belie how hardy and easy care it can be. It has a spreading growth habit with horizontal branching, tiny aromatic leaves with masses of white flowers which cover the plant in spring and winter. Thryptomene is a great cut flower. It is a tough, drought tolerant plant, and is good for a low maintenance garden. Likes full sun to part shade, and a well drained soil. Lightly trim to shape the plant if desired.
