Plant description

Dianella caerulea 'Lucia' is a perennial clumping plant. It is one of the best performing Dianella cultivars currently on the market. It forms a short dense carpet of deep green foliage, with sprays of small purple blue flowers in late winter to early spring. It is an ideal and economical ground cover plant. It is an easy care plant that is rarely troubled by pests or diseases.  Lucia is a great in-fill plant for mass planted gardens whether native or ornamental. It is also a good container plant.
